I WORK WITH EXPECTANT & NEW MOMS TO DECREASE ANXIETY AND ELIMINATE STRESS AROUND PREGNANCY AND BIRTH AND BECOMING A MOM.

I help bridge the gap to increase confidence in your process of becoming a mother, give you tools to succeed at what that means to you, and empower you to have a positive birth story and beyond.

So many times, you sit in the waiting room at your health provider for hours your monthly check up and then, just like that, you blink, and you are out the door until next month.

You want to know all the information, and so many times you can’t get all those questions answered during that short window of time.

Asking Google leads to its own set of questions and probably increases your stress.

Old wivestales shared by family members and strangers alike can be endearing, but sometimes they can just be too much.

But there’s hope! This can be a wonderful time of life. You’re having a baby! I know it can be overwhelming, but don’t worry…

I’ve got you.

The transition into motherhood is not a simple thing. It comes with physical, emotional, and mental challenges. I’ve been an occupational therapist since 2006, working with children and mommas for many years.

I have encountered so many women who have had difficulties with their personal experience surrounding this time of life. I am determined to help mommas moving into & through motherhood, no matter the challenges that life throws at them.

Most importantly, I will work with you to create your own story, with support to feel confident, positive, secure, educated, and ready to enter this new phase of life. You will have the ability to cultivate a strong foundation for your journey to becoming a momma.
