Katherine Gristina, MS, LOTR, C/NDT, is an Occupational Therapist and owner of Sassafras Therapy Center. She completed her Bachelor's degree at Spring Hill College and her Master's in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has 8+ years of experience working with children and adults in the hospital, NICU, and outpatient settings. She is certified in pediatric Neuro-Development Treatment Approach and has a graduate certificate in Low Vision. She is a Certified Pediatric Massage Practitioner (CPMP) with focus on infant and toddler massage. Her continued studies include treatment for torticollis, feeding and swallowing, and handwriting. She is a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) with specialization in adaptive transportation seats for children with special needs. Katherine is licensed and registered with the LSBME and NBCOT. She resides in Mandeville with her husband, Scott, and their two children, Lucas and Gwyneth.
